Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may declare your withdrawal in particular by email, by post, or via the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
Electronic Withdrawal
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using our electronic withdrawal function.
Using the function “Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal”, you can select the relevant contract or order and submit your withdrawal electronically.
The electronic withdrawal function is accessible during the withdrawal period via the corresponding online user interface.
After submitting your withdrawal, you will receive an electronic confirmation from us without undue delay confirming receipt of your withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
This does not apply to additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and provided that you do not incur any fees as a result.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
Irrespective of your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary return period of 30 days in total from receipt of the goods.
