DELIVERY DELAYS

If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform the customer without undue delay.

If an ordered item is unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will inform the customer without undue delay.

Any payments already made for goods that cannot be delivered will be refunded without undue delay.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

The applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed to the customer in the online shop and, at the latest, during the ordering process.

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

If additional costs arise due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for which the customer is responsible, these costs may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by law.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, we ask the customer to report the damage to the delivery service as soon as possible and to inform us without undue delay.

Failure to make such a report does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in relation to defects.

However, informing us helps us to assert any claims against the shipping service provider or transport insurer.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

To ensure that customers always know where their order is, we send a DHL tracking link by email together with the shipping confirmation.

The tracking information provides the expected delivery date and, where available, the delivery time window, allowing customers to check the delivery status at any time.

Customers who have created an account in our shop can also find this link on their order history page.
